The Court Of Appeal For Ontario  has ruled that Clearly can continue selling prescription eyewear online in Ontario. The Ontario Opticians Association maintains that Ontarians are best served by Registered Opticians, who adhere to professional standards and ensure consumers receive the best and safest vision care possible.
